Acceptance

By creating an account or using Senal Ops, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Use of the service

You may use Senal Ops to monitor systems you own or are authorized to monitor. You agree not to use the service to probe targets without permission, to send unsolicited messages, or to otherwise violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Plan limits (monitors, check intervals, regions, alert channels, history) apply as described on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from missed alerts, downtime, or reliance on the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
