What is not included in the Free plan?
The Free plan covers monitoring essentials and alert channels. It does not include service workflows, incident workflows, reporting, routing, audit ready access, telemetry, AI agent observability, or Senal Recover.
Which plans include telemetry, incidents, and AI agent observability?
Pro and Business include the service catalog, SLOs, incidents, OTLP telemetry, AI agent observability, reports, integrations, team access, the audit log, and SMS and WhatsApp alerts.
Which plans include Senal Recover?
Senal Recover is available on Pro and Business. Pro supports backup and restore for up to two protected databases with automated schedules. Business supports up to five protected databases and adds tier two restore testing with longer retention.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed securely through Stripe. You can upgrade, change plans, update payment details, or cancel from the billing page in your dashboard. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
When should I upgrade to a larger plan?
Upgrade when you need more monitors, faster check intervals for critical services, multi region visibility for customer facing systems, SMS or WhatsApp alerting for on call, or longer history for reliability reporting.
