Data retention for enterprise observability.

Senal Ops stores monitoring and incident data to support uptime reporting, SLO review, auditability, and operational response. Contract terms or deployment settings may define a shorter period than the maximums below.

Synthetic check results

Default plan windows are 7, 30, 90, or 365 days. An organization policy may set a different approved window.

Telemetry

Metrics, logs, traces, and AI-agent runs are scoped to the owning organization and retained according to plan configuration.

Incidents

Incident records, timelines, notes, and reviews remain while the organization is active unless contract settings or a deletion request require earlier removal.

Audit logs

Security and configuration evidence remains while the organization is active and may be retained longer where needed for security, disputes, or legal obligations.

API keys

Raw API keys are shown once. Only SHA-256 hashes and metadata are stored after creation.

Account data

User, membership, team, and organization metadata is retained while the account is active unless deletion is requested.

Recover artifacts

Backup schedules record the selected retention period, subject to plan limits. The storage-destination lifecycle and deletion process must enforce the same or a shorter period.

Privacy exports

Completed organization export artifacts expire after 30 days by default; deployment configuration may shorten that period.

Deletion requests

Organization deletion uses a seven-day grace period by default before execution, allowing cancellation and required legal review.

Deletion and export requests

Enterprise customers should route data deletion, export, and retention-period requests through their account owner or security review contact so operational evidence and legal obligations can be handled consistently.
