Synthetic AI checks send prompts to an agent endpoint and validate the answer against an expected outcome. 2. Runtime telemetry records production agent runs, including latency, cost, token usage, tool spans, status, and errors. ## Senal Recover Senal Recover is a database backup and restore product built into SenalOps, on the same account, organization, and plan as monitoring. It protects PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Firebase Firestore with scheduled or manual backups, two tier validation, drift detection, encrypted tenant credentials, and restores that only the organization owner can execute. 1. Tier one validation always runs and inspects the PostgreSQL archive, MySQL dump, or Firestore export manifest. 2. Tier two validation, available on Business plans, restores or imports the backup into a tenant-configured scratch target for a real world guarantee. 3. Restore point recommendations favor the most recent validated backup with no unresolved alerts, with a plain language explanation instead of a black box score. 4. PostgreSQL and MySQL backups use shared Senal storage or an organization-owned S3 compatible destination. Firestore exports use the configured Google Cloud Storage outputUriPrefix or storageBucket. 5. Saved credentials are encrypted, tenant scoped, reusable, rotatable, auditable, and deletable only when no protected database or restore target references them. ## Incident response SenalOps supports service incidents, incident command, acknowledgement, responder notes, manual resolution, routing policies, secondary escalation, maintenance suppression, delivery logs, correlated incidents, dependency context, deployment correlation, SLO burn alerts, and AI-assisted post-incident reviews with action items. ## Integrations SenalOps integrations do not claim connected status just because settings were saved. Providers move through not connected, configured, connected, failed, and disabled states. Connected means a provider accepted delivery or GitHub sent a valid signed webhook. ## Observability analytics SenalOps analytics include service health scores, unhealthy service ranking, SLO burn signals, incident trends, MTTR, deployment correlations, and root-cause groups. ## Best fit - Engineering teams that need uptime monitoring and incident response - SRE and platform teams that need services, SLOs, dependencies, routing, and auditability - AI product teams that need to monitor agent correctness, latency, cost, token usage, and tool behavior - Database owners who need validated PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase backup and restore evidence - Startups and enterprise teams that want one reliability system instead of separate uptime, tracing, alerting, backup, status page, and governance tools ## Plans - Free: entry-level monitoring with limited monitors and status pages; Senal Recover is not included - Builder: more monitors, faster checks, longer history, and status pages; database backup and restore is not included - Pro: larger monitoring volume, multi-region coverage, SMS-capable alerting, and Senal Recover backup and restore for up to 2 protected databases - Business: highest monitor volume, fastest intervals, longer retention, broad alerting, and Senal Recover backup and restore for up to 5 protected databases with tier two restore testing ## Technical architecture - Web app: Next.js - Worker: dedicated probe and alert worker - Database: PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM - Telemetry: OTLP JSON ingestion endpoint - Deployment target: NEXUS AI with managed PostgreSQL and separate web/worker services ## Guides - [Database backup and recovery guides](https://senalops.com/guides) - [How to verify PostgreSQL backups](https://senalops.com/guides/verify-postgres-backups) - [Database restore testing: a practical guide](https://senalops.com/guides/database-restore-testing) - [How to verify MySQL backups](https://senalops.com/guides/verify-mysql-backups) - [Firestore backup and restore guide](https://senalops.com/guides/firestore-backup-and-restore) ## Canonical pages - [Home](https://senalops.com) - [Documentation](https://senalops.com/docs) - [Enterprise observability](https://senalops.com/enterprise-observability) - [AI agent monitoring](https://senalops.com/ai-agent-monitoring) - [Senal Recover](https://senalops.com/recover) - [Incident management](https://senalops.com/incident-management) - [Observability governance](https://senalops.com/observability-governance) - [Trust center](https://senalops.com/trust) - [Security questionnaire](https://senalops.com/security-questionnaire) - [Pricing](https://senalops.com/pricing) - [About](https://senalops.com/about) - [Contact](https://senalops.com/contact) - [Privacy](https://senalops.com/privacy) - [Terms](https://senalops.com/terms) - [Free AI agent checker](https://senalops.com/tools/agent-check) - [Data retention](https://senalops.com/data-retention) - [Subprocessors](https://senalops.com/subprocessors) - [GDPR](https://senalops.com/gdpr) - [Cookie notice](https://senalops.com/cookies)
